PMDL Brochure Design

 Along with a new identity, PMDL Architecture + Design needed a new set of brochures to support marketing intitatives. There was a basic offering consistent throughout all markets, but enough segmentation to warrant a unique approach to all.

We created a square, gate-fold brochure to showcase the diversity of PMDL's portfolio. In addition to this, we designed a number of double-sided inserts which would support the particular segment the market. In a direct marketing campaign, or a simple mailout to a potential client, the brochure could be easily customised by including one of the supporting inserts.

We had access to PMDL's catalog of images, mostly taken by one of the directors, who we soon found out happened to be an excellent photographer on top of his architectural profession.

The brochure was also supported by a website.
